Placed a Large Order that had to be Trashed

Placed a large order and quality seems good, but it was shipped without any cold protection. All of the summer sausages are labeled "keep refrigerated" and by the time they arrived, everything was warm to the touch - cheese blocks, summer sausage, etc. Filled out the form on the website for assistance ... no reply.
